The Accelerated Employment for Refugee Professionals programme ran from March 2003 until March 2006. The programme provided training to over 300 refugees who are unemployed or underemployed living in London. The evaulation and impact assessment report is attached. Link to report.
The PRACTAS project provides help to unemployed refugees with professional backgrounds to re-enter their original profession through attendance on our two week accredited programme. The criteria to join the programme is: overseas professional qualification; Refugee with the right to work in the UK; and Unemployed and living in London.
